Participants of Hairdressing and Make Up competitions are considered
juniors in case they are
1) students of commercial professional schools
2)have less than 2 years experience.
Such participants shall send a copy of diploma or student card (non-residents
bring this copy at registration)
Juniors who have won the first prize in biathlon competitions are considered
masters in case of participation in the same biathlon competitions. An exception
is only for juniors who won the Grand Prix.
Participants of Hairdressing and Make Up competitions are considered students in
case they study in state educational institutions.

Concept
All participants have equal chances to become
champions in their nominations.
The aim of the competition is to popularize professions of a hairdresser, a
makeup and nail designer, to determine modern fashion trends, to show new work
technique trends, to improve skills of the participating professionals.
Organizers of the competition strive to make this event picturesque and
attractive for the audience (potential clients) as well as for directors of the
salons and beauty professionals.
Important information
- Age of
the participants is not limited.
- It is
allowed to participate in any tests of the contest that mistimed. (See the
time-table).

Students of state educational institutions and non residents (team members) are
given discounts for trainings.

Application for participation in the Championship is to be submitted
before September, 2 2011

Participants are registered on presentation of the document on admission fee
payment at the registration desk at the main entrance of the SCC Peterburgskiy
(Gagarina prospect, 8) starting from the first competitive day. Non residents
make the payment at registration
- In the
event of refusal to participate in the Championship the registration fee can be
refunded to an applicant in case he/she informs about the decision not later
than 10 days prior the start of the competition

Participant’s diploma is given to every contestant at the Registration stand
- Winners
of Senior Biathlons and Triathlons (1 place) can participate in the Premier
League nominations of these competitions only.

Organizers of the Beauty Expo do not carry out accident insurance of
participants. Organizers of the Beauty Expo do not bear any responsibility to
third parties and participants in case of infringement of safety precautions
rules, and also for possible occurrence of the accidents which have entailed
drawing of mutilation, or other harm to health of participants, as well as to
their property, thefts during the events held within the SCC halls or out of
them.
FEES
For participants who applied before 2nd of September 2011.
1.
Registration fee is 3000 rubles regardless of
the number of tests.
Discounts:
2. Students of state professional educational
institutions do not pay the registration fee.
3. Students of commercial and higher
educational institutions are given discount of 50 %.
4. Nonresidents are given discount of 50 %.
In case the competitor represents the salon or the team of St Petersburg no
discounts are provided.
All the applications
submitted after September, 2 are considered only in case there are free places
left and the registration fee is 5000. No discounts!
Grand Prix
HAIRDRESSERS
The Grand Prix Cup is founded for seniors, juniors and students.
The participant becomes a winner in case he got the greatest score:
· Senior – in 8 hairdressing
tests;
· Juniors and Students – in 6
hairdressing tests;
· «Afro Braiding», Full Fashion
Look and «Non-standard couple» tests are not considered in summation of points;
· If the participant is declared
in more than 6 tests (for students, juniors) or 8 tests (for seniors) then he
should specify in his application form the tests considered in Grand Prix. If
tests are not specified then counting commission calculates an average point and
multiplies it accordingly, by 6 and by 8.
NAIL DESIGNERS
The Grand Prix Cup is founded for seniors and
juniors in nail sculpture, nail design, salon nail design.
The participant scored the most points in 2
competitions becomes a winner.
Awards
-
1st, 2nd and 3rd places
winners are awarded the Cups and Diplomas;
-
4th and 5th places winners
are awarded medals and diplomas;
-
Models are awarded prizes or
medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places of every test.
On a score in Biathlon competitions:

1st, 2nd and 3rd places
winners are awarded cups and prizes from our sponsors (Sponsors` Prize Fund is
published on www.beautycup.info).

Grand Prix Senior winner is
awarded a Cup, monetary compensation of 50000 rubles the certificate for
studying in Vidal Sassoon School in London in cost of 1200 Euro.

Grand Prix Junior winner is
awarded a Cup and monetary compensation of 25000 rubles.

Grand Prix Student winner is
awarded a Cup and monetary compensation of 25000 rubles.
Additional sets of Team* Cups are awarded on total scores (winners of
1-3 places in hairdressing, Makeup, Full Fashion Look, Fashion City
nominations).

* A group of competitors consisting of 10 and more people declared under one
name is considered a team.

The organizing committee does not bear the responsibility for the
awards which were not received during the award ceremony!
