1. Seniors can participate only.

   Allowed before competition·        
2. a necessary first coat·        
3. elements of costume shall not occupy more than 30 % of body surface

    

4. Allowed

   • brushes, sponges, applicators
   • airbrush for background application
   • finished make up, hairstyle and nail design

   Forbidden

   • toxic paints including acrylic
   • stencils and preparatory marking
   • airbrush equipment  for  drawing
   • sketches
   • any assistance

   Criteria

   • drawing (technique, originality, complexity)
   • image (originality, subject, harmony)
   • color (contrast, harmony, theme correspondence)

   Competition time

   • 4 hours (total), two 15-minutes breaks are allowed
