Make-up Competition
2 Tests (on the same model)Seniors, Juniors and Students.
General regulations
- Minimum age of a model is 16 years
- Models wear capes during the competition
necessarily.
·
The image is to be totally thought-out. Model’s hairstyle,
manicure and pedicure must be pre-done.
·
If the model is late, the competition time for the participant
starts at the time the model takes her seat, but it ends in stated time.
·
Participant’s lateness shall be penalized.
·
If the model or the participant fall unconscious then
additional time will be added.
·
Non-observance of the schedule will be penalized.
·
It is forbidden to use cell phones during the competition time.
·
The model must not assist the competitor.
·
It is forbidden to copy own works, that have already won the
prizes (for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place) in the
Championships of the NEVSKIE BEREGA Beauty Expo as well as to copy someone
else's works.
·
After the competition time the judge have the right to withdraw
doubtful material that could possibly be forbidden. The material will be
returned after the decision of the procedural commission.
Test 1. Stage Make-up
Technical Test
Allowed before competition
-
application of tinting cream and face powder of natural color
on face and neck
Forbidden
- models with permanent make up
and extended eye lashes
- drawings on model’s forehead,
cheekbones, chin. Drawings higher than 20 mm from model’s own eyebrow line.
- application
of any marks, points and lines for easy drawing
- face shape correction before
the start
- use of
stencils and other auxiliary means
- sketches or photos at the
working place
- use of non decorative cosmetic
means. Use of grease-paint including supra-color and aquarelle
paint
- sticking of
any big auxiliary items covering parts of the face
Allowed
- any
decorative elements if they correspond to the theme of work (rhinestone,
spangles, paillettes, feathers etc.)
- drawing
or its elements in eye area – not higher than 20 mm of natural eyebrow line, not
lower the cheekbones top line. If the drawing is higher than 20 mm from model’s
eyebrow, the eyebrow shall be hidden or removed.

- Seniors: 50 minutes + 5 minutes for hairstyle and accessories
arrangement
- Juniors and students: 60 minutes + 5 minutes for hairstyle and
accessories arrangement
Test 2. Fantasy Make-up
Allowed before competition
- application
of tinting cream and face powder of natural color
- If an image
has elements of body art, it should be pre-done. Body art is estimated as an
element of clothing.
Forbidden
- application
of any marks, points and lines before the start for easy drawing
- Models with permanent make up
and extended eye lashes
- use of
stencils while working
- use gummed
paper
- sticking of
any big auxiliary items covering parts of the face
- sketches and photos at the
working place
- Face shape correction before
the start
Allowed
- Small decorative elements -
i.e. eyelashes, pastes, feathers, spangles, beads, mica if they correspond to
the theme of work. These should not cover parts of face and make up.

- Use of

- Seniors: 80
