 HAIR TATTOO

Senior and junior categories.

The finished haircut should imitate a ТАТТОО drawing on the head.

Models shall proceed to the competition floor with base haircut.

Dyeing is an additional element of work that is to be done beforehand and highlight the configuration of the cut.

Theme. Free (the image should be finished and esthetical)

Hair length. Base cut is not shorter than 2 cm. Pre done cut of the tattoo is forbidden.

Hair extensions are forbidden.  The Wisemen check if this requirement is observed.

Hair color. Any. One or several colors.

Tools.  All cutting and setting tools allowed.

Products. Any. Colored sprays and pencils forbidden.

Cutting any (no restrictions in shape and techniques). Pre-marking forbidden  (cutting, pencils). Wise men check the observation of the rule.

Clothing. Should be harmonious with the hair style.

Criteria:

1. Cutting (clearness and complexity)

2. Total look

3. Dyeing

Competition time: 40 minutes.

Fantasy hairstyle. Rockabilly hair.

Participants shall create a FANTASY Rockabilly hairstyle. Before the competition starts, model’s hair shall be wet and combed flat back. . The Wise Men check this rule’s observance.

Hair length. Any, but the hair length in bang area is not less than 8 cm.

Cutting is forbidden.

Hair color. Dyeing should be harmonious, it should highlight the shape, texture and details of the hairstyle. Extreme and neon colors are forbidden. Works created on non-dyed hair are not estimated by the judges.

Tools and products. All setting tools and products are allowed.

Clothing. Should be harmonious with the hair style.

Penalty points. Non-observance of the above mentioned rules will result in penalty points.
