Conditions of participation
The organization shall forward to the address of the
Organizing Committee a filled in application form for participation.
Cost of participation includes:

- an admission fee
|
- stand equipment
|
|
- non-equipped area
|
- additional services (advertising and other services)
|
The admission fee is equivalent to 200 EUR (each exhibitor pays) and
includes:

Placement of the information in the Official
catalogue of the exhibition.

One copy of the catalogue,
-
Accreditation with granting of the constant
misses(passing),
-
The package of the information documents,
-
VIP-café food (1 check book),
-
20 invitation cards and participation in all
measures of the exhibition, except for measures that demand the personal prompt.
Exhibition area.
Arena: minimum booth area is 9 sq.m.,
1st and 2nd floor area: minimum booth
area is 4 sq.m.
The non-equipped booth includes
an exhibition area without normal equipment; general
protection, sweeping of passages and places of general use, exhibition
advertising.

To reserve the booth it is necessary to pay an admission fee
and 20% of non-equipped area within 10 days
after application.
The final payment for participation in the exhibition is to
be made prior 15.12.2010.

At booth reservation it is enough to pay only an admission
fee. In this case the further payment of not equipped area can be made according
to the Special package 2 or to the Standard package.
Booth equipment is to be paid additionally regardless of
package type.
The final payment for participation in the exhibition
is to be made till December 15th,
2010
In case of later payments the price increases by 10%
The correspondence participation makes 12000 rubles and includes:
- placement of the information of the Participant in the
Official catalogue of the exhibition,
- granting of a copy of the catalogue,
- accreditation of two representatives of the company.
All prices are indicated disregarding VAT. The payment is made on the
basis of the bill provided by organizing committee.
In case of reduction of an exhibition area or refusal
of participation in the exhibition
Participant is obliged to pay a penalty in the following sizes: more than for 2
months prior to the beginning installation works - 50 % from cost of the reduced
exhibition area, less than for 2 months prior to the beginning installation
works - 100 % from cost of the reduced exhibition area. The participant is
obliged in writing to notify the Organizers in case of reduction of an
exhibition area or failure of participation in the exhibition.
