History of the Festival. February 2009

From February, 19 till February, 23rd, 2009 in the Petersburgsky Sports and Concert Complex the following events have been spent:

- XII International Specialised Exhibition of Cosmetics, Perfumery and Equipment for beauty salons «NEVSKIE BEREGA».

- IV Olympic Competitions on Hairdressing, Nail-design and decorative cosmetics.
