Conditions of Participation

The organization willing to participate in the exhibition shall forward to
the address of the Organizing Committee a filled in application form for
participation (
DOWNLOAD). Cost of participation includes: an admission fee, granting of an
exhibition area, additional services.
The admission fee is equivalent to 7000
RUB (each exhibitor pays) and includes:
Placement of the information in the
Official catalogue of the exhibition (trade mark, contact information, text up
to 600 signs in Russian and English languages) and on a website in Internet. The
information about your company and program of events held on stands and in press
centre (in electronic form only) shall be forwarded to the address of the
Organizing Committee.
Rules of placing and the way of providing the advertising information in the
Official exhibition catalogue «NEVSKIE BEREGA» are specified in Appendices to
the Conditions.
- One copy of the catalogue,
- Accreditation
with granting of the constant misses(passing),
- The package of the
information documents,
- 20 invitation cards and participation in all
measures of the exhibition, except for measures that demand the personal
prompt.
Exhibition booth. A main platform Minimum area - 9 sq m
The
non-equipped booth includes an exhibition area without normal equipment; general
protection, sweeping of passages and places of general use, exhibition
advertising.

* The special package schedule of
payments:
before 01.04.2009 – 20%, before 01.06.2009 – 20%, before
15.09.2009 – 20%, before 01.11.2009 – 20%, before 01.01.2010 – 20% (final
payment).
** Stand equipment is to be ordered and paid additionally.
The application of the participant is considered true at payment
of:
1. the admission fee within 10 days after application
2. 20%
of area.
The final payment for participation in the exhibition is to be
made till 01.01.2010
In case of payment after 01.01.2010 price
increases by 10 %
The correspondence participation makes 9000 RUB and
includes: placement of the information of the Participant in the Official
catalogue of the exhibition, granting of a copy of the catalogue, accreditation
of one representative of firm.
All prices are indicated disregarding VAT.
The payment is made on the basis of the bill provided by organizing committee.
In case of reduction of an exhibition area or refusal of participation in
the exhibition Participant is obliged to pay a penalty in the following sizes:
more than for 2 months prior to the beginning installation works - 50 % from
cost of the reduced exhibition area, less than for 2 months prior to the
beginning installation works - 100 % from cost of the reduced exhibition area.
The participant is obliged in writing to notify the Organizers in case of
reduction of an exhibition area or failure of participation in the
exhibition.
